Permit Processing
  • Airworthiness certificate.
  • Current Aircraft Registration.
  • Worldwide insurance stating Mexico is not excluded — or Mexican Insurance stating "USO PRIVADO" (private use).
  • Pilots Licenses.
  • Crew medical certificates (dated within the last 12 months).
  • Complete crew & passenger information (GENDECS) including full name, phone number, DOB, gender, nationality, passport number, expiration date, issue country, and country of residence.
  • Layout of Passengers Accommodations (LOPA) or a picture of the aircraft interior showing the seating configuration.
  • Please specify if you have a valid AIU (Single Entry Authorization), which is valid for 180 days from the issuance date.
  • Airworthiness certificate.
  • Current Aircraft Registration.
  • Worldwide insurance stating Mexico is included.
  • Mexican Insurance policy for "commercial use" issued by a Mexican entity (acceptable per aircraft fleet). Include payment receipt or seal.
  • Air Carrier Certificate (U.S. AOC) and/or EOC.
  • FAA D085 form / aircraft listing.
  • Power of attorney letter (AFAC POA sample attached) — fill out the Spanish version with the company name as stated in Air Carrier. Must be signed by 2 witnesses and notarized.
  • Pilots licenses (both sides with type rating).
  • Crew medical certificates (dated within the last 6 months at least).
  • Complete crew & passenger information (GENDECS).

  • Power of attorney letter (AFAC POA sample attached) — Spanish version, signed by 2 witnesses and notarized.
  • Pilots licenses.
  • Crew medical certificates (dated within the last 6 months at least).

Please find attached the form titled "INFO FOR INSURANCE PURCHASE" that needs to be completed by the operator.
The IBP process takes up to 12 months once complete and correct paperwork has been submitted.
  • General power of attorney on our behalf — apostilled and notarized (both sections). Original required.
  • Copies of Registration and Airworthiness certificates for all tail numbers on the fleet.
  • Mexican and Worldwide Insurance stating commercial use, including all tail numbers. Colored copies acceptable.
  • Air Operator Certificate (must mention company name).
  • Articles of Incorporation — apostilled and notarized. Original required.
  • Operations Specifications Manual.
  • General Operations Manual.
  • D085 (listing all aircraft to be included in the permit).
  • ELT letter with updated equipment requirements — signed by Director of Maintenance or Director of Operations.
  • Mexican AIP Manual (Manny can purchase this on your behalf).
  • OST Form 4507/6410. Questionnaire (Spanish version only).
  • Certified FAA letter stating aircraft is equipped per NOM-008-SCT3-2002 (MEL).
  • Safety Manual issued in country of origin.
  • Mexican Insurance approval subscription by AFAC (Manny handles this).
  • Noise Certificates for all aircraft to be included.
The first process of the permit is to obtain a Security Manual Against Acts of Unlawful Interference. This requires: 50% advance payment, company logo, complete address, fleet information per aircraft, organizational chart, company directory, and native security manual approved by your aviation authority.
  • SENEAM POA — Manny duly filled out: dated, on company letterhead, hand-signed on both sides including 2 witnesses, and with blue ink.
